Ifd:Step by step creating a concept

1 Create a new concept using addConcepts. Attibutes are:

version_id : any
string guid - Will be automatically generated. Any input is ignored.
string version_id - Will be stored as "1". Any input is ignored.
string version_date - Today's date is added. Input is ignored.
IfdStatusEnum status - Will be sat to "DRAFT", Input is ignored.
IfdConceptTypeEnum concept_type - This is the only value you need to add. Choose one of: ACTOR, ACTIVITY, DOCUMENT, PROPERTY, SUBJECT, UNIT, MEASURE, VALUE, NEST or BAG.

2 Add names to the concept addConcepts. Add values to the following attributes:
