IfdBrowser:ClickOnce

As of version 0.1.3.0, IfdBrowser is using ClickOnce for setup. This means you are always running the latest version.

As IfdBrowser is a test application and as I cannot find the time to do proper tests before publishing versions, I've decided to use ClickOnce setup until IfdBrowser has reached a certain level of stability. ClickOnce used to work only in Microsoft Internet Explorer and wasn't really an alternative until there appeared a plug-in for FireFox to support the technology. It's also possible to use ClickOnce in Opera with a few tweaks.
